Check-in is guaranteed as from 3 pm. Please check out by 11 am.
Our staff at reception will be happy to look after you until 10.00 pm. Please let us know in good time if you intend to arrive later than 6 pm.
We extend a warm welcome to visitors to our restaurant. Please reserve a table in good time.
Your dog may accompany you to the restaurant at any time. Please enquire at reception if you wish to bring it to the hotel with you.
Wifi access is available free of charge in all parts of the building. We will be glad to provide you with the password at the reception.
Good to know:
Telephoning: The Reichenau is situated very close to the Swiss border. That means that you may also pick up Swiss mobile networks. Please keep that in mind and check the settings on your phone to make sure you do not incur high charges for data roaming.
Border area: As you are spending your holiday so close to Switzerland, you may inadvertently cross the border. It is therefore a good idea to take both yours and your children`s identity cards with you wherever you go.
Currency: The Euro is the official means of payment on the German side of the Untersee. In Switzerland you require Swiss Francs. Places situated very close to the border often accept both currencies. Please check before going somewhere in order to avoid any inconvenienc.
Visitors` pass: When you pay visitors` tax, you automatically receive a visitors` pass which allows you to get special concessions when visiting sights in the surrounding area.
This pass also permits you to use the VHB public transport free of charge. For more information see: www.vhb-info.de
Cancellation fees in connection with your booking will be billed as follows:
- For up to 5 nights - Cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival is free of charge. Should you cancel any later than that, we will have to send you a bill covering 80% of the amount due.
- For 6 to 9 nights - Cancellation at least 7 days before arrival is free of charge. Should you cancel any later that that, we will have to send you a bill covering 60% of the amount due.
- For 10 to 21 nights - Cancellation at least 2 months before arrival is free of charge. Should you cancel any later than that, we will have to send a bill covering 40% of the amount due.
The cancellation fees will only be charged to your account if we do not receive a booking for the room(s) from other guests wishing to sty in our hotel.
