The new cuisine at the Mohren Restaurant offers specialties from the Baden region prepared with a modern touch, based on seasonal products from the Lake Constance area! Lovers of classic German cuisine will find traditional beef steaks dressed with crisply fried onions or Käsespätzle (homemade egg noodles with mountain cheese) on the menu. Diners who would like to try something new will find beef filet marinated in coffee or braised pork cheeks with apples, honey and thyme.
Chef Andreas Nemeth attaches particular importance to cooperating with local and regional farmers, knowing that the dishes served to you are only as good as the freshest ingredients used to make them.
