In our first-class restaurant kitchen, we`re always thinking outside the box. But we don`t leave the region. Our culinary delights are sourced from producers and providers located just around the corner. The kitchen team also regularly discusses ideas and cooperates with local suppliers. Nothing - whether it is purchasing, cooking, presentation, or professional service - is left to chance.
Our kitchen chef Andreas Nemeth represents a "new german kitchen" with regional products, that he, together with his young team, creates to colorful dishes. Reinterpreted in a modern way, uncomplicated and always delicious as well as with high quality.
